Common Questions
What does Aumra do with my voice?
Aumra listens to a brief sample of your voice to determine your unique vocal frequency—the resonance that is yours alone. From this, it calibrates all sound experiences specifically to you. The processing happens entirely on your device. Your voice never leaves your phone.
Why does the app need my microphone?
The microphone is used only during voice calibration. Once your signature is captured, the microphone is not accessed unless you choose to recalibrate. The app does not listen in the background—ever.
Does Aumra work offline?
Yes. Aumra requires no internet connection after installation. It is designed to function in complete isolation from the network.
How do I recalibrate my voice signature?
Navigate to Settings and select Recalibrate. A new voice sample will be captured, and your personal frequency will be recalculated.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete. All data will be permanently removed from your device. This action cannot be undone. You will return to the beginning.
What are the different session types?
Aumra offers several paths inward. Quick attunements provide immediate grounding. Longer passages allow for deeper immersion. Journey arcs guide you through progressive practices over time. Each type shapes sound differently while remaining tuned to your personal frequency.
